This came in the box from my CSA farm this week. I am totally stumped. Anyone know what on earth (or wherever) this is?

Call me crazy, but I think it may be celery root (celeriac). There are some yummy things you can do to it, if that is, in fact, what it is...just google for recipes.
Survey says... Celeriac! We chopped it up with a bunch of other root vegetables, covered them in olive oil and rosemary and cooked them forever. It was delicious. We still have enough to feed 8. Want some?
